Creating quick cucumber scenarios to implement permission combinations for application

Hello I need help to create few cucumber scenarios for my web application in ruby on rails. where i need to combine few permissions together to execute my scenarios but I am not able to figure out the impediments here. Need some high priority help on understanding and writing cucumber scenarios asap.

For sure. Can you give me an example of a test in common language and I'll write out how I would write the Cucumber test.
